  9. 🎉 Happy 9 Years 🎉

I have been a caregiver for my mom with brain cancer for over two years. I gladly do this with no regrets but stress and busy is an understatement! Recently I realized I need just a bit of “me” time. Before my husband leaves for work (he cares for mom if needed) I take my morning coffee, sit on the patio with my fur baby and enjoy quietness and nature. Also now on weekends (again relying on hubby) I take long walks to clear my mind.

    1. You are an incredible caregiver, and it’s clear how much dedication you pour into supporting your mom. It’s great that you’ve recognized the importance of creating space for yourself. Those quiet mornings on the patio and long weekend walks sound so grounding and restorative. You absolutely deserve that time to recharge, and I’m glad your husband is there to support you too. Wishing you continued strength and moments of peace on this journey!
